1. Silahkan buka dul command promt atau CMD dengan menekan tombol "windows + r" ataun manualnya
Start >> All Programs >> Accesories >> Command Prompt

2. Lalu ketikkan ping [alamat situs] -t
      ex : ping www.twitter.com -t

3. Maka kita mendapatkan IP address : 199.59.148.10


4. Setelah itu kita perlu merubah IP address tersebut ke dalam bentu desimal dengan bantuan beberapa website di bawah ini :
